Crowd Supply, the leading product development platform connecting hardware creators with early adopters and enthusiastic backers, announces the launch of Hackboard 2, a very powerful single board computer (SBC) with an Intel® processor and optional 4G or 5G connectivity. The Windows-capable SBC is suitable for a wide range of applications, making it an affordable choice for teachers, students, pros, and hobbyists.

The standard version of Hackboard 2 comes preinstalled with a full-featured version of Windows 10 Pro, making the board easy to apply to projects including home automation controllers and Internet of Things (IoT) appliances, sensor gateways, and entertainment systems like game consoles and media servers. The Hackboard 2 also comes preinstalled with the powerful Python programming language for accessing the board’s GPIO.

Hackboard 2, launched with support from Crowd Supply, integrates a suite of powerful features, including an up to 2.8 GHz, 64-bit dual-core Intel Celeron® N4020 processor, an Intel UHD graphics processor, 64 GB of onboard eMMC storage, and 4 GB of DDR4 RAM. The versatile SBC includes a 40-pin GPIO header, three USB 3.0 ports, an HDMI 2.1 output, and two M.2 slots for up to 4 TB of storage.
