Experts from industry and academia have the opportunity to apply for a lecture or poster presentation at the PCIM Europe Conference 2019 enabling them to benefit from the platform and pass on their know-how to a qualified expert audience.
The conference topics include recent developments on power semiconductors, passive components, thermal management products, energy storage, sensors and new materials, as well as systems. All topics and subsections are available at pcim-europe.com. The conference language is English.
Speakers can profit from a range of benefits including the opportunity to create valuable contacts at the conference and the exhibition, which will take place at the same time and host more than 500 international exhibitors. All the papers accepted will be published in the PCIM Europe conference proceedings, as well as in the scientific databases of IEEExplore, Scopus, Compendex and IET Inspec Direct.
Once again, attractive prizes will be awarded to the authors of outstanding entries. Engineers, who are up to 35 years of age, can apply for one of the three "Young Engineer Awards". With the annual award ceremony, the PCIM Europe offers young talents in the power electronics industry an international stage with excellent possibilities for development. The winners of the “Young Engineer Award” can look forward to 1,000 Euro each. The "Best Paper Award" honors the best submission overall and is endowed with a prize money of 1,000 Euro.
In addition, the event organizer Mesago will be supporting students at international universities with travel grants. The grants will be provided to selected authors who will present an accepted paper at the PCIM Europe Conference 2019.
