GW Instek Launches the GPP-1000 Series High-Precision Programmable DC Power Supplies

GW Instek announces the release of its GPP-1000 Series High-Precision Programmable DC Power Supplies. Combining high resolution, flexible functionality, and comprehensive safety protection, the GPP-1000 Series is designed for R&D, testing, and production environments, delivering stable and efficient power solutions for a wide range of applications.

 

The GPP-1000 Series offers up to 1 mV / 0.1 mV voltage resolution and three selectable current resolutions, with maximum accuracy down to 1 μA / 0.1 μA. This ensures precision even in the most demanding measurement scenarios. Supporting both Constant Voltage (CV) and Constant Current (CC) modes, as well as a switchable power supply/electronic load function, the series is suitable for a variety of testing environments. Two models are available: the GPP-1205 (20 V / 5 A / 100 W) and the GPP-1323 (32 V / 3 A / 96 W), offering users flexible output power configurations.

 

The GPP-1000 Series is equipped with Remote Sense design, which automatically compensates for voltage drops caused by lead resistance, ensuring precise output. Built-in data collection and logging functions allow engineers to capture and analyse test data effectively. For higher power requirements, the series supports up to four units in series or parallel, significantly expanding flexibility for applications such as battery packs and power systems. Additional advanced features include sequence programming output, voltage and current slew rate control, and output delay settings, enabling engineers to simulate different real-world conditions and perform more comprehensive verification during product design (more info).
