ams OSRAM IR SYNIOS® P2720 SFH 4795BS High Power LEDs are designed for high-efficiency infrared illumination with a true 60° field of illumination and a low-profile, clear silicone package. Featuring IR:6 thin-film chip technology, these LEDs offer robust 2kV ESD protection and best-in-class low thermal resistance, making them ideal for high-brightness DC operation. With centroid wavelength options of 920nm and 940nm, these LEDs provide a balance between higher camera sensitivity and reduced red glow appearance.

Applications include access control and security, authentication, eye, face, and hand tracking, factory, home, and building automation, medical lighting, biometrics, and robotics and machine vision.
